I FINALLY sent the dvds!  Just now... sorry it took me so long!!  let me know if you like the dvd!  I still haven't tried them yet... i should; i've been busy swimming, running, doing another exercise dvd.hope you're well!: ) jen

    thanks so much!!!  i'll let you know how it goes...i really should be getting out to swim/run too.  when i get the dvd, i'll have no excuse not to exercise!
