Anyone ever been to Ouest, Del Posto or Crispo?

Hi ladies. I am from PGH and my DH and I will be in NYC for a wedding in early August. We are looking for a good Italian  or American/mix of cuisines restaurant convenient to Manhattan.Has anyone ever been to the above-listed restaurants, or have any other suggestions for us?Thanks!Jen

    do you want a trendy restaurant/ what is your budget / what vibe do you want? by "convenient to manhattan" do you mean IN manhattan?there are thousands of restaurants in manhattan so we need to know more specific guidelines when making recommendations.

    Ouest and Del Posto are both great options.  Some good Italian restaurants are Campagnolas, Centolire, or Il Postino off the top of my head.  Like pp said, there are tons of great restaurants of all cuisines...have fun
