  • 133.2 today, WOOT! Down 9lbs total. With 10-15 more to go : / Still, I'm starting to really notice a difference and feel pretty dern good about myself right now. Start phase 2 of SB Monday. Hopefully I will continue to lose a decent amount of weight, we'll see. Upside: I'll have actual energy to start working out again. Yay carbs!

  • B: Oj and ham, egg and cheese on an english muffin. L: Noodle Cup. Pepsi S: Poptart D: Meeting FI at the mall by work. E: Running if the damn rain stops, if not tae bo. I am down 2 more lbs. Just 2 more and i'll be down 20, and under 200 finally~
  • b- 1/2 a plain bagel l- less than half a hamburger patty d- no idea. e- curves maybe. I dont remember what I was at last week, but this week I'm down almost 13 pounds total which is awesome... I've got to keep it up.

  • I don't have a scale anymore :( plus I don't really want to know because Aunt Flo is in town. B: FF Vanilla Yogurt and coffee with ff cream S: cheese nips (so additcting) L: leftover pasta and chicken D: not sure yet, chicken or something.  Its hard when FI is gone :( E: 2 mile run, arms, abs

  • Weight 126.8 - up a tad from last week but within where I want to maintain right now so I'm ok with it. B: WW breakfast quesadilla L: grilled veggie wrap with monteray jack cheese S: Starbucks nonfat iced white mocha D: ground turkey tacos w/FF cheddar, salsa, lettuce, maybe some rice not sureE: yoga this AM

  • 149.8- down three pounds since I started actually putting my mind to it.  only 10 more to go :)B: High Fiber OatmealL: 1/2 spinach artichoke pannini and 1/2 strawberry poppy salad from PaneraS: Apple and strawberriesD: going to roaring fork tonight so probably cedar plank salmon, yum! (and some wine)

  • 155.6, which sucks because I was 151.8 on Monday. B: whole grain toast with marmalade, coffee with whole milk (going to the store tonight), egg L: yoplait light yogurt, peach, plum, half a slice of coworker's banana cream pie D: hmm. probably chevre again. I should probably try to have actual food in my house. E: none, i have to pack tonight and go to bed early.
