  there is a recent earlier post.  I use Kielhs, its amazing, I just don't trust secret, never have.

  I used the Secret Clinical Strength because to me it smells the best of the clinical varieties ... I put it on the night before as directed but then I also touched it up after my shower in the morning just in case ... I was cool and complety dry the whole day ...

  I fully agree wiht Sunflwr. Secret Clinical works like a charm!

  I use Dove Clinical Strength, and I think it works better than Secret. I have to use it at night and then again in the morning, but I'm a sweaty mess.

  Certain Dri.  I put it on at night, then wash it off the next morning.  I bicycle in 90 degree weather, and end up sweaty everywhere other than my underarms.
