Charleston SC area

Hello!I am from NC and my BM's want to do the B party in Charleston over a weekend. Can I get some recommendations on places to stay that aren't crazy expensive? And what do we definitely have to do while we are there? Any help would be awesome, thanks!! :)

    Well we are looking for a decent hotel, and definitely bars to go to! I heard the rooftop bar was a must!

    I have stayed in a bunch of hotels downtown and in surrounding areas but I think the best (especially for a B party) is the Doubletree Suites downtown.  You get alot of room, they have a small kitchen so it's great to pregame and when you walk out the door all the bars are right there!  Rooftop bar is also at the end of the street.  I am pretty sure its about 170 a night.  But you can fit like 6 girls in one room comfortably.
