Crate and Barrel registering events

Has anyone gone to one of these Sunday morning C & B wedding registry events?   I started my registry online and we need to go to the nearest store about an hour and a half away to see some things up close, and I'm wondering whether it's worth trekking there on a Sunday morning or if it would be just fine going any old time.

    Thought I'd post in case anyone is "watching" this thread.  The C&B registering events are great!  Champagne and OJ, fresh coffee and lots of yummy snacks.  Plus vendors to chat up products and the entire store to yourself.  The events are free, and you get a gift of a heart shape dish.  DH and I actually went to two as we had to beef up our registry after the shower and before the wedding.  Such fun!
