Didn't your docs tell you it was OK to stay on the beta blockers while TTC and being preggo? My doc said no way to all of my drugs if we decide to TTC and I'll just "have to deal with the pain." He said his primary concern is for the fetus.

that's actually why the last few weeks have sucked so much.... I'm offcially in "safe to TTC" status (except the docs want to see me next week).  I've weaned off of everything else. And basically I'm in pain part of every day.  It just varies as far as which part of the day and how much pain.  For now, this is doable.  Long term?  I dunno.
  • Yeah, and some of those meds aren't for the migraines, they are for other issues that really affect my quality of life. This REALLY affects my willingness to have kids. Maybe someone has a spare I could keep?

honestly, Secondary plans aren't that bad...I mean,  I'm already pretty OK w/ the fact that I have my doubts about the posibility of biological children--I came to grips w/ that when they took the dead-evil-twins out of my ovaries (and took 1/2 of each ovary w/ 'em).  Because I can't help but think that, regardless of my views of fertility treatments, the idea of further messing w/ the 'normal' state of my body isn't a good idea. So, for now, we're trying au natural for a bit.  Then we'll decide what to do--I've never been on board w/ most fertility treatments so I was always a but more-aware of this posibility.
