Taking it Slow

This year has been a tough one! To start it off I moved 800 miles away from my boyfriend. We talk about marriage and all that but it's just too much of a headache to 'think' about it.. We didnt get to spend our 3 year Anniversary together in July Cry .. didnt get to spend Christmas OR Thanksgiving together ...UGH! I know with a young mind like mine's i'd like to get married early like it's going to solve the issuesll but it's NOT so.. My boyfriend and i have put the marriage in a box and sat it on the shelf .. let's take it slow Cool

    Also, WHO is still butthurt about not spending an anniversary together that was 6-ish months ago?

    I am curious though.  Did you spend Memorial Day together?  4th of July?  Labor Day?  Columbus Day?  Tax Day?  For fucks sake.  Get a life.  Preferably one far far away from here.

    I would be more butthurt about the fact that whatever education system you were in monumentally failed you than about the fact that your BF missed your anniversary.  Maybe he didn't travel to see you because he was saving up the money to get you Hooked on Phonics?

    OP, I know sometimes people on this board can get a little rude. I don't agree with it either. But you'll be taken much more seriously if you don't respond the same way. Also, PPs are right: we don't mind offering advice or our perspectives/opinions, but you've got to ask a question or tell us what you're looking for!

    ETA: I do understand wanting to spend your anniversary with your BF. It's a bummer you didn't get to. Was there a reason you brought it up so long afterwards, though?

    This HAS to be a troll. Did anyone notice sometimes she types in full sentences with proper spelling and sometimes it's just a hot mess? I'm guessing the sentences are when she forgets to be a troll. :)

    And if not... I didn't see any requests for advice, just random blah blah blah. Vulgar internet threats are not likely to lead to sound advice anyway.
