AW! Surprise from FI!!!

So FI and FMIL had a secret appointment last night. I had a feeling what it might be about b/c FI said he had a surprise for me for the wedding, but I would have to know about it before the day. Anyway, I was right and he hired a bagpiper!!! I'm so excited! He's going to pipe us out of the church at the end of the ceremony and then will lead us and the bridal party into the reception. Yay

That is so awesome!!!! I love the bagpipes, I think they sound so cool, esp at a wedding. My friend Donna had them at her wedding at St. Florian in Hamtramck.

yay! congrats! we loved having a bagpiper!ours also piped outside of the church as guests walked in. I guess it's sorta a Scottish tradition, a "calling of the clans" they call it to let everyone know there's a party going on and they should come. Anyway, just an idea
