Thank you, ladies! I took the day off work (on my birthday the world does not revolve around Fenton, it revolves around me)! E got me a great brown purse, and he is taking me out to a phenomenal dinner. Then we found out that we got the house! We were countered a bit more than we thought, but went back to them and it looks like we will be ratifying a contract tomorrow!

No, this is a different house, and I don't have any pictures of my own and the ones with the listing give away too much. Once we ratify the contract I will try to go back and take fauxteaus for all of you.

It is kind of scary. We love thehouse, in the end it is a wee bit more than we wanted to spend but the sellers came more than 85% of our way, so we will see if the inspection works, if not, we are back to the drwaing board. I will say, this place has plenty of room for a DC GTG.

Something is royally messed up with my wall. I have checked the settings several times, and i have checked all y'alls (sorry I love saying that) names to be sure I didn't restrict you (none of you are restricted, my 5th grades ex boyfriend's now wife is he dumped her for me, and then me for her and she is still sore about it 23 years later). In short, I don't know wtf is going on.KA is awesome though, she fixed me so I can post as me again!
