Reception venue

Does anyone know any thing about The Pavillion in Shawnee, KS? Someone suggested it to me, but i have no knowledge. Anyone had a wedding or been to a wedding there?

    We checked it out. We were very close to going with it, but we wanted to check out other places before we decided. After we did, we decided to go with the Pavilion. I called them and they said that you have to pay for 200 people on a Saturday even if you are not having that many (which they did not state previously). We are having around 150, so we did not book it. It is gorgeous inside though!! They have built in DJ equipment and great special effects for the dance floor. They have a very nice built in bar area too. The outside is kinda iffy though. It is in a strip mall that is not well maintained. I don't really see 200 people fitting inside too well either. I have pricing if you need it too.
