HELP! I need a small venue on the eastside for August 20th!

My venue is not working out and I have less than 3 months to go!  Can anybody recommend a small meeting hall, private party room for 40 people...anything?

Try the restaurant VIEW in the Edgecliffe (they have a private dining room as well as an outside patio that overlooks the river - the patio is easily large enough to hold 40 for your ceremony).  But if they can't accomodate your ceremony (but can do the reception), try SEM Villa chapel in Olde Milford (very cheap and lovely - but they can't do after-ceremony parties).  Have you looked into the Observatory in Hyde Park?  It's quite small but should be able to accomodate 40.  GL and let us know where you end up.

Legendary Run Golf Club has a small room that holds up to 50 people:

Thanks hccpsu!  I had not thought of Legendary Run and it is right in the area we need!  I am also looking at the Union Township Civic Center and the Batavia Township Community Center...not nearly as fancy, but available.
    Thanks again!

You're welcome!  I live across the street from the clubhouse, so if you end up using it, you'll have to let me know and I can sneak in for a piece of cake  :)

Ivy Hills Country Club in Newtown would be another place to try, but I'm not sure if they have small rooms.
