Hi everyone, I know some of you are using this vendor, I am about to sign the contract and just came upon something that leaves me confused/annoyed. We have to provide vendor meals for the two lighting technicians???? Is it me or is this unneccesary? I totally get providing meals for the band, photographer, videographer, because they are going to be at the reception for 5+ hours, but don't the technicians just set up, and then take down? To me it's the same as providing a vendor meal for the florist- which obv is not required. How do others feel about this??
