Wine Bottle Centerpieces

I'm hoping to use wine bottles as the centerpieces for an October reception. Our colors are oranges, yellows and reds, think leaves changing. I've heard suggestions for lighting the bottles from the inside and wrapping vines. Any suggestions that do not require cutting the bottles?

    since you're wrapping vines, you might consider those little battery pack Christmas lights. You'll have a way to hide the pack and you can jam the lights into the thin neck of the wine bottle no problem.
