Red, white,&amp; blue???

Did anyone have a red, white, and blue wedding? I'm trying to help my SIL plan her wedding and she was thinking of those colors since she's getting married on 9/11/10. She is such a procrastinator and she's not even sure if she wants the BMs in a shade of red or blue!!! I was hoping someone had pics of their wedding so I could get an idea of what you did. IMO, a blue BM dress with white sash and red flowers as accent would look great. Any thoughts??? TIA!

My wedding colors were red white and light blue, there are pics in my bio(s). My bridesmaids light blue dresses with white sashes and carried red roses. I was afraid at first that it would be too "God Bless America" but it turned out perfect!

I got married on 7/3/09. Bridesmaids wore cornflower blue with an frosted blue sash, and red shoes. they carried blue hydrangeas. I wore white/ivory, and had red shoes and flowers. I wanted to keep it tasteful, and not too God Bless America. To be honest my "cornflower blue with tasteful accents of red" combo turned out pretty well....at least in my opinion!
