Happy Thursday! What's on your agenda for working out/eating today?

Today is a rest day for working out. Yesterday I had salad for breakfast, this weird salad thing for lunch (It was ordered in for lunch and I really didn't like it) and then dinner we went out to this new BBQ place.

  • Happy Thursday! It's almost Friday, yay!
    Last night I went to yoga, it was really good. I burned 350 calories.
    For breakfast I had a hard boiled egg and danactive.
    Snacks: Whole wheat pita w hummus, jello mousse,
    Lunch: A boneless pork chop sandwich with asparagus
    Dinner: Mexican - grilled tilapia with potates, beans and rice. And some chips and salsa.

    Tonight I'm going to zumba!
