    We screwed the Native Americans out of all of their land, gave them small pox, then backed out of nearly every treaty we signed with them. Letting them sell shiit tax free isn't the end of the world. The tobacco lobby in the south/mid-Atlantic is far more powerful than Native American tribes.

    Buying smokes on the reserve is a HUGE "issue" here, people buy shittons and then sell them because smokes are so damn expensive, the government says its an issue because then children have access, but they just dont like it because they arent getting their cut. I made adam go buy them there cause I was sick of him wasting money on smokes at the gas station (11$ for a not well known name brand)

    I never understood this either. Especially since the state runs the lotto program. But in Indiana, casinos don't have to be on NA land or run by Native Americans.
