Opinions on reception venue

Hi, I have been going back and forth on a venue option and I was hoping I could get some opinions.  I have a family member that works at the Sports Legends Museum in Baltimore, next to Camden Yards, and they offered the entire venue for my wedding for free (including free tables + chairs and parking). I am definitely on a budget, so this is a great opportunity, but i'm torn. On one hand it's a beautiful building, in a great location and unique and guests can tour the museum. On the other hand, I'm not particularly a sports nut and I'm not sure I can get around all the sports themed memorabila so that it doesn't feel like a sports themed wedding. It's not exactly what my fiance and I had envisioned for our wedding. But perhaps I'm not being open minded enough for what I can do with the space. I would love to hear your thoughts! Would you have your wedding here? Would you enjoy going to a wedding here? I think it would be a really cool venue!  It would be awesome to do a "vintage" theme, not necessarily sports and that would fit in great! I don't think the space screams "baseball" at all, and it's really unique - I would go take a tour and see what your imagination can come up with! Good luck!

I don't think you have to go with a sports theme, maybe you can have a theme that some what relates to sports, like perhaps a favorite teams colors, or like pp said, a vintage theme, but certainly everything you do, invites/centerpieces/favors do not need to relate to sports (although the favors would be fun like little boxes of cracker jacks)
