J just made an awesome roast that we ate with loaded baked potatoes and salad. Washed it down with a Dominion Root Beer. I'm stuffed. And it was oh so good. What's on your plate tonight?

Leftovers. I realized last night theat there is no more room in the freezer and they must be either eaten or thrown. I figure I'll just reach in and what i grab will be dinner.I live on the edge like that.

Heh. Sammiches. I had 3 peanut butter and jelly and FI had a couple of turkey salami and cheese. However, I did pair my sandwiches with a nice Sardinian red wine.

We had a late lunch of enchiladas (with homemade sauce) and rice. We're stuffed so if we eat we'll probably just snack later.

I had grilled pork chops with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese ontop, sauted yellow and green zucchini with fresh sage and dill.

I've been marinating some beef tips in wine for the past couple hours, so I'm making those. We'll see how it goes with the habanero pepper from my mom's garden.

Probably a pizza, since I forgot to pack a lean cuisine. And even sadder, probably just cheese since I don't feel like spending a lot of money on it. Ham and pineapple is more expensive

Taco salad--but it's my definitely more salad than taco. Chili-spiced black beans, fresh corn, tomatoes, red pepper, and smoked cheddar over greens and splashed with lime juice.

I love this post! garlic lime grilled chicken with mango salsa, roasted potato wedges with a cilantro-lime dip, oh and cantaloupe coolers!!! I had some new recipes I wanted to try and a free day!

Chef Linz made roast beef and smoked cheddar stuffed chicken. Then I got tired, so just made garlic mashed potatoes. Washed it down with a gourmet Coca Cola. I'm so fancy. But, I'm also trying to get rid if 4 pounds of fresh tomatoes, so am making and freezing tomato sauces for the winter.
