    BTW the whole reason for no meat on Fridays was so you could use the money you were spending on money and give it to the poor as meat was very expensive in the day.  So just give some cash money to the poor and you're good.

    This I did know. My mom refused to order out pizza. It was pb and j sandwiches. or BLT's without the B... and she'd put more in her weekly donation to the church. I like when people use the reasoning in the correct way :-).

    BP... this one time, I went to Disney World for Spring Break.  And we went over Easter.  And on Good Friday, we all forgot it was Friday until we had all finished eating our chicken fingers.  Oh well!!!

    I think Chick-fil-A is christian affliated but not necessarily catholic many other christians don't do the whole lent, no meat on friday tradition leading up to easter
