Buying beer for reception?

Is anyone buying beer (bottles) for their reception? Since we're not using a venue we have opted (meaning we have no other choice) to provide our own alcohol. We need to buy 'in bulk', about 100-200 bottles of beer.Anyone have ideas on where the best place to buy this is (preferably northern cinci / dayton area?)I was thinking like a beer distributor but they told FI that they only sell kegs?

Maybe jungle jims in fairfield? I know costco also sells alcohol, but I haven't really priced it there. GL!

Stosha1, we are doing the same thing. We are also getting wine too. We are getting our wine at either trader joes or at Wright Patt (4.99 a bottle and dad is Retired Air Force so that's why I can get it on base) :) The Beer we may get at Wright Patt as well but we've talked about Costco. A few people have suggested a Keg but we did not want one at our wedding. I would try to look at Costco or Sams!

It's not northern Cincinnati or Dayton, but I have heard that Party Source in Northern KY is really good to work with.  I have also heard if you have extra they will buy back unopened cases.

Cork and Bottle.  They will take you unopened cases and even deliver for you.

My venue and caterer both recommended Cork & Bottle for the same reasons shared above.
