Reception help

We are still in the early stages of planning the reception but need some advice. We are having about 100 guests and haven't booked the caterer yet either. Who do you hire to set up the reception hall? We only have two hours before the ceremony to decorate. I am making all of my own centerpieces and have bought a majority of decorations. Do we hire a day of events coordinator? I'm so confused :o/

You certainly can pay for a day of planner -- otherwise if you have trustworthy Aunts or good friends that have a good eye you could ask them to do it and give them a small gift for their help. Our reception location staff also helped set up a lot of our items like our place cards and other things so you may want to ask them if and/or what they help with set up.

Ask a couple of friends to be your personal attendants.  Your going to be to busy to help with anything.
