if you mailed in the paper how long did it take for them to mail you your soc card back? I can't remember if they said you can just take the paper in and they give you a card while you're waiting or what. I just walked in there today, saw every single chair was full and decided I'd try again early tomorrow, but if its as busy tomorrow as it was today I'd rather just mail it and not deal with sitting there for 1-2 hours.
