song dedication at ceremony?

I am trying to find a way to honor my grandfather who passed away several years ago during our ceremony.  We are mentioning our relatives who have passed away during the prayer of the faithful but I would also like to dedicate a song to him specifically as we were very close.  The Prayer of St. Francis (his name was Frank) is going to be sung probably during communion and I'm looking for a way to mention the dedication in the program, any ideas???  I'm totally drawing a blank, TIA!

do you programs list out the songs?  if so, could you do "cannon in D", bridal entrance, "song X", wedding party, "prayer of st. francis", communion (and in honor of Frank, grandfather of the bride).
