Tip Tom Chandler

I'm curious to know the Knotties that hired Tom, how many of you tip him?  I remember our initial meeting with him, when we had asked him about meals and eating, he pretty much said he rather be tipped than have a meal accounted for him.

     That's what we did. We figured out what it would cost to feed him and his assistant and just tipped him that money instead :-)

    We did, but gave more than the cost of the meal. Did we do too much? Oh well, he was wonderful and worked so hard... poor guy, his assistant was sick the day of our wedding and he was stuck setting up everything by himself in the intense heat.
