did you book your stay through the sandals website and if so did you buy your plane ticket through the website as well? we are debating booking the hotel through sandals and then looking around for flights. we're getting married next weekend (YAY!) but arent honeymooning until april. we decided where we are staying, we just need to book it.

    we booked the resort with a travel agent and did the flights on our own (not through sandals)

    In my research, the flights were cheaper booking directly with the airline instead of sandals. We booked both with a travel agent though.

    I booked with a TA, Jennifer at VIP! (love her!) and she did our air tickets when we were ready.  Actually she also lowered our price when a better Sandals sale came out too!  She is also a big Sandals seller and got us major room upgrades too!  We went to the Bahamas and LOVED it! www.travelbyvip.com is their website.

    We booked through our TA Nancy from myislandgetaways.com and got it less than the Sandals website and got our own air with our points and saved some bucks. She made arrangements for our transfers for us. We received extra spa credits and a super nice upgrade.

    We booked through a travel agent.  Sandals with the travel agent and the plane tickets through the airline directly.  I think it is more expensive to book the fight through Sandals... GL

    We booked Sandals through Unforgettable Honeymoons.We could have done the airfare through them but chose to do it on our own b/c we have points...

    We used Nancy from Island Getaways for our Sandals Grande St. Lucian HM. We got our air and resort together as a package because our insurance covered both portions of our HM. The prices were less than online and we had the security of booking through a TA. We are in the planning stages to return to a Sandals for our anniversary, it's difficult to decide which one, they all look great. We have it narrowed to 3. We'll consult with Nancy once again. Check her website, she is Sandals top 10 in the world. Call her and you'll see why she has achieved this level. She's a pleasure to work with and really helped us out in so many ways.
