DIY Invites

Ok, so I broke down and went to Archivers in Katy to look at some of their stuff to do DIY invites. Have any of you gone the DIY route? I've found that the paper jams in my printer (I have an HP photosmart). Did y'all use your own printer?I think I could come out with some cute invites, but my printer seems like it has jammed up that idea...ha ha, ok sorry for the lame pun :-)Those of you that did DIY invites, what did you do?

I have the DIY kit from the Brides selection but I have yet to print them. I hope my printer doesn't do that.

Did you feed the paper in the printer page by page? I did a BRIDES kit from Micheal's and the only thing was, is I had to put each sheet in individually.

DIY mine, but had them printed at something like a Kinkos. I would have printed on mine printer, but I didn't want to hassle with the the printer jamming and having to get more ink.I hear that vistaprint.com does an awesome job at printing and is very reasonable on price.

did mine by myself - with my printer at home. it was a martha stewart kit that i added on to

I did mine 100% DIY including printing at home. (PIB)Some printers will have issues feeding thicker paper like card stock.If you end up taking them to get printed make sure you do not cut your paper to size first. They wont print on it. Some places also will not print on metallic card stock either.
