Last night FI and I met with the WONDERFUL Eileen Carter! (she says Hello to all the ATL Knotties!) Anways, we're definitely booking her! Her tasting was amazing and she was the sweetest woman. She definitely knows what she is doing and was so excited to do my cake cuz she's featured in the mag its pictured on! (Best of TK 2008) PIBWe decided to go with white, chocolate, and almond cake and cookies n' cream and raspberry fillings. Our groom's cake is going to be red velvet with cream cheese filling. Thanks to all for the recommendations for her! I can't wait to see how it turns out!
