any russian orthodox brides out there?

hey!! just wondering if ur out there and if you have any traditions you are having at your wedding :)

    Hello. Don't usually post over here but I was bored and browsing around and saw this. Yes, I am! We're getting married on 10/10/10, which is a Sunday, so that's a traditional thing. Also, my father is actually a priest and will be marrying us! And of course the reception will be filled with traditional Russian dances (and drinking, of course) There will be a TON of priests at our wedding and actually, a few bishops too! I'm so excited! How about you?

    haha sounds very familiar!! my uncle is the priest doing our wedding plus we have ours from the church we attend and the one i grew up with and my uncles FIL. its like the never ending list- you never know just one priest! but anyway good luck to you!
