Getting in Shape

I hate TOM

I'm getting my period in 2 days and I have not been able to stop shoving food down my gullet all day. I also didn't work out nearly as much as I should have today. Boo. I went about 100 cals over my high end. . . I walked for about 45 minutes but I should have done more. Tomorrow is another day! I WILL eat better and work out tomorrow!
