great photo ops?

So I'm back to planning a Vegas wedding..Finances and family stress, ugh, so we decided to go back to our original plan of a small Vegas ceremony.

I would appreciate any tips on photo op spots, also are the spots better during the day or at night?

I looked through old posts and could only find one, and it basically only listed the Vegas sign, Bellagio fountains and the Neon Museum.. We are trying to get an idea of how long we'll need a photographer!!

    It depends what your after and where you want to go. 

    On our wedding day, we just did the Vegas sign and Mandalay Bay for some pre-wedding photos.

    We did a TTD shoot the Monday after our wedding. It took about 90 minutes to 2 hours (plus 2 hours for makeup and about 30 min drive time each way). We went out to Jean, NV to the dry lake bed. We went in the late afternoon so we had the sun starting to set. Here's a link to out TTD blog [LINK]


    If you look through our photographer's blog (D-Tyler!!) he has some great pictures of amazing locations, especially off-Strip.  I recommend at least 90 minutes for non-ceremony pictures. We booked 9 hours. We only did 2 locations and booked the limo for an hour and a half. 
    Neon Museum, you have to pay for a 2 hour rental on top of your photographer fee. So if you are interested in that, I would suggest dedicating a day (not your wedding day, as your dress will get dirty and possibly ripped) for the visit.

    I started a pinterest board with the photos ops I want to do

    and the sign museum isn't taking any requests until mid-February.  They're planning out their construction schedule.

    Thank you!! I love your Vegas sign pic, that is adorable!!!  I don't think the link worked for your TTD, but I would love to see it!  Sounds like so much fun!!

    Ugh. I am so over TK eating my posts.

    I'm a total Pinterst junkie ;)  I'm starting a map of the strip with the must takes on it.  I'm more than happy to share it with you when I get it more organized, which will hopefully be at the end of the week.  If you're interested remind me, I have a god aweful memory.

    I'll be honest, today is the first time I ever looked at pinterest!  I've seen a lot of posts about it, but never looked at it.  I think I'm going to try and figure it out!! :)
