    I would say pasta (its not BAD but it is if you eat it as often as my Italian family does!) but I finally gave that up...so I am going to have to go with staying up late when I have to get up early the next day.

    Dairy. At least in the quantities I consume... not such a good idea, esp. for a romantic night! LOL :)

    Tanning. I started tanning a couple weeks ago and I have done it off and on for years. I feel like I get addicted even though I know its bad for me.DVR. I have a sick amount of shows recorded on a regular basis.

    Comfort food or snacking mindlessly that is really bad...also, biting my fingernails...gross I know...and using Sweet N Low..I have heard it is the worst one for you but it is the best tasting!

    mcdonalds chicken nuggets..and chilis southwestern egg rolls..ohmygosh..and ice cream! lOl..that's why I'm a fatty :P

    Any carb including chocolate and anything fried...ugh, I just can't stop myself sometimes, haha.

    Ummm... POTATOES... nom nom nom... sweet potatoes and baked potatoes are my fav.  Another is my dunkin donuts coffee with extra cream and extra sugar.  And believe it or not my lean cuisines... I love my processed foods I guess but I think those are more because of convenience.

    omg DD iced coffee is one of my favorites too. Believe it or not, the blueberry is my favorite. It sounds gross but it's sooooo yummy. I never believed it until a friend made me try hers. haha. Now I'm addicted. & now I want one. ;)

    Thanks Leah... now I want one too !  I've been dying to get the blueberry... my fav so far is the raspberry.  UMMMMM.  Gesh.... now im gonna have to get one on my way home LOL.  Oh and I loved the iced too... I love when I get sugar put in it and the sugar doesn't disolve so it sits on the bottom of the cup and occasionally you get a straw full of sugar LOL.  So bad !!  I usually drink my coffee black so I guess the sugar is a treat haha.

    eating fast food... somewhere in my head its ok for me to eat it all the time bc I work!  I  know Ikow in myy head it works!

    Anything chocolate, brownies or cookies, or dessert in general. Also Starbucks fraps, are my fave, java chip, coffee, carmel or moca, they are all awesome! I still have a good metabolism but I hear it catches up to you once you hit your later 20's. We'll see. My FI learned the hard way and is having to work his butt off to lose weight before the wedding!

    Peach milkshakes from Chick-Fil-A!!!!!! Soooooooooo good, but soooooooo bad for you. :( Fortunately (or unfortunately), they're a limited time thing, so they'll be going bye-bye soon.

    Amy - um, yeah it does! I could eat whatever I wanted to and actually managed to end up smaller after having a baby than I ever was beforehand... until I turned 25. My metabolism went down the tuuuuubes! Now if I don't work out every day and I indulge a little too much during the week, I gain right away. Bleh!

    Mt. Dew - and we get free soda at work, so I drink them ALL day long. Junk food in general too - it's just so convenient and tasty! Reading all these replies makes me hungry too, lol.
