Online Dress Buying

A friend of mine said that she found her dress online for half the price that she paid in the store.  The website she found it at was beautifulweddinggowndress.com...I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience in dealing with these guys and if they're a reputable site to deal with because if I can save $300, I'm gonna!thanks ladies

I've never heard of them, but I'd check BBB reports and pay with a credit card so you can dispute the charge if necessary. I am buying my dress online though to save money as well.

After shopping extensively in person and not finding anything, I bought online.  But my dress isn't a traditional gown.  http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=235907&CategoryID=22122And I found the same dress in knee length on Nordstrom.com for my bridesmaids.  Didn't set out to wear the same dress, but they liked it and it looked really nice.  Good luck - it would be great to save that much cash!

I'd be really cautious. Looking at that sight, the prices are so low that I'm guessing the dresses might be used. The prices are close to what the manufacturer charges the stores. I woked in a store a long time ago.

Thanks girls! I came to the same conclusion after awhile....I'm gonna end up havin to have a lot of custom work done to the dress that I want because the sash on it doesn't come in the color that I want so we'll see where the cards all fall:)

I was just about to post this same question when I found this...I found the dress of my dreams for a fraction of the price on ebay, through something called "Lily's Online Bridal".  Basically they claim they can make this dress that I love in my size (so they're upfront that it's a replica, which I really don't care about).  I'm mostly concerned that it's everything they're claiming...does anybody have any experience ordering a custom made replica dress off of ebay?
