We went to a wedding about a month ago and we had to go to the basement of the reception site because of a tornado, and it was still really, really fun.  The bride and groom were so happy that they couldn't have cared less.  Also, at my wedding a week after that, it started raining on us as we were taking pics outside after our ceremony, and it sucked a little, but again, it was such a great day that some rain hardly ruined.  So basically, I think that regardless of whether it rains or not you'll still have a WONDERFUL day. That being said, I love wedding pics with umbrellas.  I think they're so cute.  Check out lefty's bio, for sure :)

It rained last year on this same weekend for Anitalynn's wedding. Find some nice looking, big umbrellas and have fun with it!

Anything that offers a pop of color.  Umbrellas or maybe even a few brightly colored balloons?  I will try and think of a few other ideas and get back to you.

It rained like mad on our beautiful, romantic, everything I could have ever wished for wedding day. It's all about the attitude, baby! You can't change the weather, and you can't control it, so try not to stress too much about it. We had everything outside, too, and it didn't really pose many challenges. If you want to see a few of my pics, email me. I can send you a FB link, as the photog's link isn't active anymore. joeandanitawed @ gmail.com Rain wasn't my preference for our wedding day, but it ended up being just fine. We took pictures with large umbrellas, we snuggled in close under them, and we didn't have to worry about sunny glare or sweaty/glowy foreheads in pictures.

It rained for about 10 mins before we took our outdoor pics.  It actually works better if it's overcast so people aren't squinting.  The sun came out while DH and I were taking pics alone and he's squinting in half of them.  I definitely think rain is good luck!  Bring some fun colored umbrellas and don't let it get you down.

Well, clouds and over-castedness are a photographer's dream setting, so that's in your benefit for sure!!!  And so often, because wedding days are so long, you can catch a break in the rain to get out for a few pics.  No worries!!  Regardless of the weather, it will be YOUR wedding day and YOU will be beautiful!

Over Cast is PERFECT for photos.  So just work out the timing  for doing the pics.

Oh, that's ME!!!  :)  I don't ever check the Knot anymore but for some reason I did today.  I have a link in my siggy to my bio (a little more description than just the pics).I was definitely not happy about it raining on our wedding, but it turned out fine.  The pictures turned out cuter than they would have if it hadn't rained! That said, it's your wedding day and it's not raining so I guess this is kinda pointless!  :)
