Need help with processional

can anyone help me with my processional order?  We have Bride & groom, maid of honor & best man & parents  We also have 2 readers (but from what I can find online the readers aren't in the processional is that correct?)I was thinking...Officiant - family friendMOB & her escorteparents of the groombest mangroommaid of honorbride & dadI'm totally just coming up with this out of thin air so if I'm way off please tell me before I make a fool of myself :)

    You can do it however you want, that's the beauty of it being your wedding! Traditionally (atleast where I'm from) the officiant and groom stand at the front while the parents are escorted in either by ushers or groomsmen, then the bridesmaids come in, and lastly the bride. Another way to do it is to have the officiant standing up front, then have the groom escort his mother (his father would follow behind) and the best man escort your mom. Your MOH can then walk down, then you. Or.....have his parents walk down, then have the groom escort your mom, then your BM and MOH, then you. The options are endless, really. Sorry, I don't know how much help I was! Readers aren't nomally in the processional, but they can be escorted to their seats by an usher beforehand.

    That sounds fine.  Can the readers enter from the side?  Or will they already be seated in the front row? I had the officiant, Groom & BM enter up front from the side.  SSon escorted MOG.  Then Daughter #1, SDaughter, and Daughter #2.  Then me and my Brother.

    Looks good to me.  I, too, have usually seen it where the officiant, groom and groomsmen are up front already before the processional begins.  But, as pp said, you can do it however you want and what you have looks good.

    we did officiant MOG + Groom FOG readers pairs of GM+BM me and dad i liked having DH be one of the first down, it was his moment to shine haha
