  if you have a Things Remembered store in a mall close by, they can engrave stuff in 2 days in the store. You might not have time to get some things order online but if you wanted something engraved they do engraving in the store.
  
  in regards to gifts for your wedding party, think about what you would give them for their bdays. now i hated when i would ask for suggestions and people would tell me that but since you are on a time and budget crunch think about that. just so you have some ideas, i gave my bridal party totes, with robes in them and bought a little coin purse ( for $5) at target. I'm going to just put it all in the tote. for the flower girl, i got  them ( i have 2), 2 dolls that are dressed like they are in a wedding. for the groomsmen, my fi got them decanters ( from things remembered) with their initials engraved and is putting their fave. liquor in them. for the ring bearers ( 2 also) we bought them personalized sports jersey with their fave. sport team.
  
  now you don't have to do that much but i just started buying stuff little buy little by the time i got engaged so i didn't feel like i was putting alot of money down at one time. you don't have to get alot for the wedding party just enough to make them feel like you appreciate their help.

  We got all of the WP engraved wooden pens (they're REALLY nice) from a seller on etsy. I think it was "engravingwiz". The cost per person was not much at all and I know they'll love them. For the RB and FG, we bought coloring books and crayons. We wrote everyone heartfelt notes thanking them for everything they've done for us and to me, that's far more important than any material item I could get them.
  
  Your closest friends will understand it you can't shower them with tons of expensive gifts. Especially if you take the time to write a heartfelt thank you.

  I bought them small jewelry boxes (with their names on it) and a necklace with their initials from etsy.
  
  Fiance got the boys a cigar box with a cigar? I think...
  
  You could always run out to the store and grab one of those reusable cups with the straw that everyone carries around now. I got one for my flower girl and ring bearer. (I got them personalized with their names though) I filled them with water balloons because those kids are obsessed!

  Thank you for all your input!  I finally went today and bought gifts for everyone...picture frames.  We are putting a picture of us with a thank you note in them.  They are such good friends a personal/sentiment yet practical gift works!
