Thanks ladies for all of your suggestions. Mom went to the bridal shop yesterday and after all considerations has decided to wear the dress as is (sleeveless). She will wear the little wrap that came with it to the church and will just be sleeveless for dancing at the reception. There was really not a lot that could be done.
