Calling all Aggies- alterations in CS?

My sister is MOH for a friend in College Station in December, just got her dress, and needs some serious alterations. Originally she was just going to have them done here, but doesn't think she's going to make it home enough this semester. Does anyone have any reccomendations for alterations in CS, or in that general area? Or could even point me in the right direction of where to looks- she's asking friends and family, but most people seem to have them done "at home", wherever home is, and I did put a post on the Houston board, just to cover the bases. TIA!

There is a tux and bridal shop on Texas. That may be a good place to go for recommendations.

I can't remember the name of the shop, but when my roommate and I bought our dresses for Ring Dance from Houston, we had them altered at a place on Harvey, across from the mall.

There used to be one on Texas (I don't know if I'm thinking of the same one as Almoyo) but I thought it moved or closed because I don't remember seeing it the last time I was down there. Try a dry cleaners.  Many of them have an alteration person on staff or they might be able to recommend one.

Thanks ladies! The one on Texas has been closed for a year or so now, but I'll have her check out the one on Harvey. The groom's family are Bryan natives, so they should be able to point her in the right direction if she ever asks them....

The one on Harvey is called Bea's Alterations. I can't vouch for it though, as I have never used it. They do specialize in wedding alterations though, so I am sure it is fine!
