Getting in Shape

Been a baaaaad GIS Knottie...

...but I'm really going to try to be better! 0-:) I'll start with those accountability things... those seem to work!Also, had a questions about calories... does anyone know on what the recommended daily calorie intake is based? I generally eat several small meals a day (every 2-3 hours) but I am awake for loooooong periods of time (avg 18 hour days). Should I increase my caloirc intake or do I just not eat the last 8 hours of my day?TIA!

  • Consider eating things higher in fiber. They will keep you full longer. Leave your calorie intake the same as long as it is making you lose weight. Don't forget exercise, either!

  • I'm with her, I think I am going to start posting on the accountability posts. I need something to get myself on track and some motivation to stay there! :-)
