ceremony officiant

hi we are getting married next summer at a park in brooklyn and searching for an officiant for the wedding. i am looking for someone that can help us make the ceremony and vows special - not just someone there reading a few boring lines from a vow book. we thought about having a friend or family member ordained to do the ceremony but that doesn't seem to be working out. any suggestions where i can try to find someone? thanks!

    I used Keith of NYMarriages and he is fantastic. I got such a great vibe from him and people kept coming up to me after the ceremony and saying how great he was. His prices are really reasonable too.,

    I used pastor april  (April Gismondi)  and thought she did an AMAZING jog of making it personal. totally sat with us and wrote things about us, why we were getting married, cut and pasted and redid things to make a ceremony that was really about us. . .
