Make-up Artist

Does anyone know of an affordable and great make-up artist in the Madison or Milwaukee area?

A lot of girls that were on this board used Julie from On Location make-up.

I'm going to Phases salon in Brookfield for my makeup (for e-pics and wedding) because I've been going there for years and trust Karen to no end.  I don't know if her prices could be considered affordable...but they do seem pretty average to me.

I used Julie on Location and was very pleased with her. She's in Milwaukee, but she traveled about an hour to come to my location.
