parent dances...

Hello. My Dad passed away two years ago and his mother passed away about 8 months ago. Does anyone have any suggestions for the parent dances? I was thinking I could dance with my Mom (as her and I are close) but its not like he would dance with his Dad. I'll appreciate any suggestions you might have! Thanks! :)

You could always dance with his dad and he can dance with your mom that way your mom doesn't get two dances and his dad doesn't feel left out. I'm sure it will be hard enough for you and them not having that person there so to include him would probably make him feel good.

Yes, I agree with above post, and maybe dance both to the same song, so you are still up there with your Mom, and he is with his Dad.  I think people will understand the concept more that way too, and will really call to mind your parents that have passed.
