I would have to recommend the Millennium Hotel Buffalo. They have really great package deals and the people we've been working with there have been very accommodating and helpful. http://tinyurl.com/pdyfpu

Beaver Island Clubhouse...everything was amazing there and you can have both your ceremony and reception there.

Oh my gosh there's a million choices! Do you know what style she's looking for- like indoor, outdoor, traditional ballroom, unique space, golf course, etc? Check out www.buffalowedding.com for some choices, or let us know more of what you're cousin is looking for!We had our reception at Glen Oak golf course. I wanted something more than just a room with four walls- a place with character. Their banquet facility has great views of the course and the staff was wonderful. We loved it!! www.glenoak.com

Samuel's Grande Manor is beautiful and it's not far from the thruway.

I second the Beaver Island Clubhouse.  Everything was perfect for my September wedding.

The Statler is gorgeous and there are a few rooms to choose from. We had our reception in the Terrace Room.

We are having our reception at Pearl Street.  Natalie has been wonderful to work with.  I am not sure about having the ceremony there, but I cannot imagine it would be a problem. There is access to private porches on the 3rd and 4th floors if she is looking to have it outdoors.

If she is looking for an outdoor ceremony. Kloc's, the Botantical Gardens and the Avanti Mansion are great and beautiful locations. Others on this board have talked about Rizzo's, Kotecki's and Timberlodge. What area is she looking at - downtown north, south, east or west of Buffalo? Whats her price point (that makes the biggest difference in locations).

We looked at about 12 places in WNY, and went with the Tuscarora Inn in lockport.  They don't do huge weddings, so it would depend on the number of people she's expecting.  I think they do up to about 150.  We're expecting 75, so it was perfect for us, because we can still have the whole place on a Sunday (many places in the area have a minimum that is higher than that).  Our ceremony will be in the parlor, then cocktail hour and dinner in the dinning room.  It's a gorgeous, very unique place that has a great reputation for food.  They're on facebook (for pictures) and the web: www.thetuscarorainn.com http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/pages/Lockport-NY/Tuscarora-Inn/34034385749?ref=ts
