Shower Venue

Although I'm not technically supposed to be involved in the shower plannning I am helping my MOH find a place to have it. Anyone have any suggestions as to a nice place to have a bridal shower in the poconos?? I am having the reception at stroudsmoor so I don't want the shower there.  Other than that I am dumbfounded. Thanks!

    what area are you in? in bethlehem, i'd recommend Jumbar's.

    The problem is I am the the Mount Pocono / Stroudsburg area and most of my FI family is from here and mine from NY so I don't want to confuse everyone by making the shower in scranton or allentown areas.

    If it is small Little Angel's Cafe may work. I would also try Everybody's Cafe and Molly's. Pepe's in East Stroudsburg has a great luncheon menu and a large back room. I know they do a lot of holiday parties. Glenbrook Country Club is another good place and probably less expensive than one would think.
