pastry chef - taro, coconut, mango

Hi everyone,After we got married, we left the US for my work abroad. This year is our 5th and my parents' 50th, so we're coming home and hoping to organise a nice intimate party.Our wedding cake was amazing - layered cakes were flavoured taro and coconut, with mango frosting(?) ganache(?) - it was a HUGE hit with our guests. I was wondering if anyone knows of any pastry chef who can do this? I don't need a wedding cake, just a flat cake. Any help is appreciated, as the wonderful lady who did my wedding cake is on a break to take care of her small kids! Happy for her but now I'm desperate!Thanks for any help! Cheers,Nathalie

    Ask your previous baker for recommendations on who she knows.  That's your best bet because there are other people who can do those flavors for your cake.
