Beaches vs. Sandals

Hello, I am getting married July 10, 2010 at Beaches Negril resort and spa. Maybe this is a silly question but I see that a lot of people on here are or have gotten married at Sandals. What is the difference between Beaches and Sandals? Thanks

    I think the main difference is that Beaches is a family resort, and Sandals is for couples/adults. Beaches always children, where Sandals doesn't. Other than that, I have no clue!

    PP is correct. Sandals is couples only while Beaches is family friendly. If you are staying at a Sandals, you can visit the Beaches resorts, but if you are staying at Beaches, you can't use the exchange privilege at Sandals.
