Ideas for a Menu

I need suggestions on what to have for our reception dinner. I'm totally clueless when it comes to this. We've decided on our rehersal dinner (my uncle is catering a pasta buffet w/additional things as a wedding present). My FBIL is our caterer, we met w/him today & he gave us some good ideas but I'm still unsure. Were going to have beef & chicken. I DONT want chicken marcella. So if anyone has any other suggestions that would be great.

Have you thought about doing action stations? IMHO, beef or chicken? is a little tired. You can have great mini-meals butler passed as well as stations where they cook your food in front of you- like a slider station, crepe station, etc.

I love chicken piccata. Stuffed chicken also sounds good. I went to a wedding once and it was stuffed w/cheese and spinach. And that was RIGHT before all of the spinach recalls and all that lol. It was tasty though.
