Caterers on the Big Island???

Hi all,I'm planning my wedding for next July 2010, and am having some troubles finding a good caterer. I live in CA, but am trying to choose one for my wedding on the big island...a little hard not being there to taste! HELP!It's a small wedding (50 people) at a private home. I want to keep it under or around $2,500, and that's NOT including alcohol/drinks. I'd really appreciate anyone's help. Thanks!

    http://www.paradisegourmet.com/I ended up having my wedding at The Keauhou Resort, but I did look into this company prior to booking my resort.

    I just had a fabulous lunch catered by Island Thyme Gourmethttp://www.islandthymegourmet.comThey were very friendly and the food was awesome.  I didn't set this up though, so I have no idea of their costs or anything.

    I am using Paradise Gourmet Catering for my wedding this New Years. So far they are super organized and I am feeling really confident with my decision. I have spoken to them over the phone (we are in Vancouver) and Scott (owner) has been super organized. He has even gone over to the venue (my in-laws home) several times to tweak the layout and met with the inlaws a couple times to iron out any question marks. I imagine he can work within any budget. Keep you posted!

    Hey ladies! Thanks for the input! I've contacted both companies and am working with both to see what I'll end up doing. In the meantime, if anyone else has suggestions, I'd appreciate more options!
