Can anyone, who wouldn't mind sharing, tell me how much they are paying in addition to a normal bar package for a signature drink? Our venue had never considered pricing for this and so just came up with pricing that was $100/gallon. I think that is a little overpriced, especially when I find that someplace like Monaco's does a liquor or champagne punch (which is essentially a signature drink) for $35/gallon. I want to try to bring them down on the price a little since it kind of seems like they just pulled it out of the air. A few other examples would be nice to shove on them.
