I'm moving to Miami and just planning my wedding, which will be held there. I know I will be having a rather intimate (no more than 30 people) affair and I'm pretty sure I want the wedding to take place on the beach. I'm looking for a venue for the reception. Ideally, it would be close to the beach (walking distance). I'm even open to the wedding taking place elsewhere if the venue is worth it. I could go in a couple of different directions: high quality locally owned restaurant with a large patio or private room (preferably overlooking the beach) or a venue with a creative twist such as a museum, gallery or historic building/home. I don't plan on having a DJ and doing a big party, I'm envisioning more of a quiet celebration with lovely food and conversation. Anyone have any great suggestions for my fiesta? Thanks!
